ScaleAtlas Media provides Google Ads management, campaign management, scaling, and DTC store-building services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets required to deliver the services;
- Ensure you hold the necessary rights to all materials you provide to us;
- Comply with all applicable advertising-platform policies (for example, Google Ads policies).
Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and ad-spend arrangements are defined in your service agreement. Advertising spend paid to platforms (e.g., Google) is separate from our management fees.
No Guarantee of Results
While we apply industry best practices to improve performance, advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, conversions, or return on ad spend.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by ScaleAtlas Media or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables created during an engagement is governed by your service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleAtlas Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable UAE courts or free-zone authority.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
